Who we are
Tooltip Grassroots Development Initiative (TGDI) is a youth-led social enterprise committed to empowering the next generation of tech professionals, particularly in underserved and geographically disadvantaged communities across Nigeria.
We believe that access to digital skills and practical tech experience is a powerful tool for national transformation — especially as Nigeria positions itself for the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Tech Summer for Teens
This program offers free foundational training in coding, design, and digital skills for teenagers (ages 13–19) in underserved communities across Nigeria.
Crafts & Code for Teens & Youth
This is a free, community-driven skills training program for youth ages 15–25. in digital and vocational skils.
