Crafts & Code for Teens and Youth

About

Crafts & Code for Teens and Youth is a free, community-based skills development initiative designed for young people ages 15–25 in underserved communities, starting with Minna, Niger State. The program offers hands-on training across both digital and creative vocational tracks, including UI/UX Design, Cybersecurity, Web Development, Data Analysis, Multimedia Production, Baking, and Food Processing.
Through practical workshops led by experienced mentors, participants gain valuable skills that open doors to future opportunities in tech, entrepreneurship, and employment. The program fosters not only digital literacy but also self-confidence, problem-solving abilities, and creative thinking.

Organized by Tooltip Grassroots Development Initiative Academy, Crafts & Code is committed to bridging the skills gap by bringing access to relevant, future-focused training directly to the community — helping teens and youth unlock their potential and thrive in the modern world.
