Who we are
Tooltip Grassroots Development Initiative (TGDI) is a youth-led social enterprise committed to empowering the next generation of tech professionals, particularly in underserved and geographically disadvantaged communities across Nigeria.
We believe that access to digital skills and practical tech experience is a powerful tool for national transformation — especially as Nigeria positions itself for the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
Our mission is to close the digital divide by bringing hands-on training, mentorship, and career development opportunities to those who need it most, regardless of background, location, or socioeconomic status.
Our Approach
